9:00AM Pick up from your Hotel and drive through the Nairobi Central Business area CBD. Important sites will be pointed out.

Proceed to Elephant Orphanage nestled within Nairobi National Park under the auspices of the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which is overseen by Dr. Dame Daphne Sheldrick, whose elephant experience spans a lifetime. This organization works in partnership with the Kenya Wildlife Service and offers hope for any orphaned elephant lucky to be found alive within Kenya and beyond.

The show which involves feeding and explanation takes place between 11:00am and 12:00pm every day. While here you can also choose to foster an orphaned elephant and give an annual donation.

12:30PM Visit the Giraffe Centre IMAG0801 (2)also called Africa Fund for Endangered Wildlife (A.F.E.W.) Kenya founded in 1979 by the late Jock and Betty Leslie-Melville. They began the Giraffe Centre after discovering the almost extinction status of the Rothschild Giraffe. A subspecies of the giraffe found only in the grasslands of East Africa.

Frequent visitors here are Kenyan school children, local and international visitors.

Giraffe Center Nairobi (2)3:00PM Karen Blixen Museum is your last attraction for the day. This was the home of a Danish Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Finch. The Museum belongs to different time period in the history of Kenya. It gained international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa’ an Oscar winning film based on Karen’s life in Kenya
